Mail Quotidien PHP

Aprés avoir regarder sur mon panel j'ai pu voir qu'il y avait la possibilité de geré les taches crons, choses que j'ai tester qui fonctionne .

maintenant j'ai un autre souci je souhaite donc récupérer tous les id de mes membres (ça c'est pas un probleme ) et ensuite leurs envoyer un mail a chacun comme ceci
