Conversion Matlab à Python

J'ai un script en matlab à convertir en Python:
Je bloque un peu dans la portion suivante:

Merci pour la remarque concernant le modulo. En ce qui concerne les lignes identiques qui produisent des lignes différentes, je sais bien pourquoi je l'ai fait ainsi. Pour le calcul de lineb c'est bon c'est réglé. Maintenant je bloque dans la suite, pour ce calcul (en Matlab):

Voila ce que j'ai mis en Python:

Mais ça me donne cette exception:

Je n'arrive pas à comprendre ça! alors que en Matlab, je passe d'un array lineb 1x24x3 à un array line 1x48! donc je ne comprend même pas le 1x27 !

Avez vous une idée sur ça svp? :calim2:
