[Python 3.X] Problème avec l'installation de libxml2 & libxslt & xmlsec sous windows

Bonjour à tous,

J'essaye en vin d'installer 3 librairies sous Windows 7 & 10.
- libxml2
- libxslt
- xmlsec (pas trouvé en version 3.7 pour windows whl)
