Hello everyone,
I would like to build a hyperspectral cube from a matrix of infrared spectrum and number of pixels on x and y axes.
For exemple, I have 100 spectra with 500 wavelengths and I would like to turn this matrix into a 10 * 10 image with each pixels corresponding to a spectrum...
Hox can I compute it with python ?

to summarize you are looking to draw a 3D plot?
You should take a look on matplotlib library which provide many tools to ease 2D/3D graph rendering.

No I don't want to plot in 3D. In fact I search to plot my data with a heatmap. X and Y corresponding to the spacial values of image and 1 pixel corresponding to the entire frequencies contains in the spectra.

If you already know what you are looking for (a heatmap) then what's the issue? Writting a piece of code to draw the heatmap itself, or how to define the height z representing "entire frequencies contained in the spectra".
A small standalone piece of code you already wrote would help us understand your problem.
PS: I guess the downvotes you received are due to the language used for this thread: English. I am sure nobody here is against english speaking people. But this a french forum. A large majority of programing dedicated sites/forums are already in english. Thereby it's nice to have something in another language. So, if you can write in French, even using basic vocabulary or google trad, it is a plus.
