Tu cherches un serveur HTTP pour android ou pour ton pc auquel ton android va venir se connecter ?

Tu peux aussi en utiliser un en C+ comme par exemple civetweb : https://github.com/civetweb/civetweb mais ca sera plus dur à intégrer
