Aligner deux div

Bonjour a tous
j'ai deux divs qui doivent s'aligner et visiblement même float:left ne fonctionne pas
quelqu'un pourrais me filer un coup de main
merci d'avance
le code est généré par une application Excel mille excuse pour l'indentation
