Eh bien comme l'exception le précise de façon très lisible, à la ligne 138 de ta classe Authentification.java, tu as une variable utilisée alors qu'elle non définie avant.

En ce qui concerne la variable de connexion elle est définie comme suit:

Bonjour,

Tu as un NullPointerException quand tu accèdes à une méthode ou attribut non statique d'une variable non initialisée ou initialisée avec la valeur null (en occurrence Connection con= null;)
Pour initialiser une connexion, regarde la faq sur jdbc.

Regarde aussi du coté PreparedStatement pour ne pas mettre des variables en dur dans la requête pour éviter que la requête soit tronquée, voire une injection SQL.
