[Batch] Ajouter une ligne à un fichier Excel

Bonjour à tous,

Je pense à configurer un fichier de configuration pour Tomcat via un fichier .bat et pour cela j'ai fait le code suivant:

Il me faut juste ajouter cette ligne :

j'ai changé plusieurs choses dans le code source ci-dessus mais toujours en vain !!
