Je ne sais pas ce que cela veut dire et je demande si c'est-ce possible d'éviter ce warning ?

ce n'est qu'un warning et non une erreur, il te recommande juste de passer à l'UTF-8 (ceci pourrait t'éviter bien des problèmes par la suite) !
Passez à l'UTF-8 sans manquer une étape.

Sorry, I am unable to validate this document because on line 42 it contained one or more bytes that I cannot interpret as utf-8 (in other words, the bytes found are not valid values in the specified Character Encoding). Please check both the content of the file and the character encoding indication.   The error was: utf8 "\xEA" does not map to Unicode
