Ajouter plugin bash à Vim

Bonjour;
je viens d'installer Vim sur ubuntu, j'ai besoin de lui ajouter le plugin bash-support que j'ai téléchargé sur mon bureau, mais je ne sais comment l'intégrer à Vim, le fichier zip contient 4 répertoires :

• bash-support
• doc
• ftplugin
• plugin

ubuntu a installé Vim dans /usr/share/vim

donc comment ajouter tout ça à Vim svp ?
