Il faut inclure le jar dans le build path de ton projet tout simplement.

Oui que tu dois télécharger la librairie, elle ne va pas apparaitre par magie :)

Pour l'inclure dans le buildpath ca va dépendre de ton IDE. Mais en général ca se trouve dans les proprietés du projet.
