[Débutant] Récupérer le résultat d'une fonction

J'aimerais pouvoir récupérer ce que contient la variable 'encrypted' pour l'utiliser dans une autre fonction (en l'occurrence la fonction qui injecter en sql dans ma BDD.
Comment faire ?
