j'ai un probleme dans l'affiche des cellule fusionnées d'un tableaux

Je n'arriver pas a ce que les textes 3 et 4 s'alignent bien en dessous du
reste..
Si quelqu'un pouvait m'aider.

Alors j'ai revu le code entièrement et j'ai quelques petites remarques :
-> Une ouverture de balise inclus obligatoirement une fermeture
-> Pour ce qui est des attributs style width et etc penses à mettre les valeurs entre "
-> Un border d'un tableau s'écrit ainsi : border="0" (si aucune bordure) et border="1" (si bordure)
-> Pour aligner deux cellules sous une seule il faut rajouter un colspan="2" sur la cellule

Je voulais te remercier pout ta réponse, ca m'a beaucoup aider.
Je ne comprend pas trop encore comme gérer les pourcentages...
Par ex si je veux que la première colonne soit plus petite comment je dois réduire mon pourcentage ?
J'ai essayer ma ca ne fonctionne pas très bien...

Alors pour fixer une taille au colonne il faut que tu fixes déjà une taille à ton tableau. Ensuite les % tu les mets comme tu veux. ;)
