Erreurs lors de la Configuration AdminGeneratorBundle

Salut,
J'étais en train d'installer AdminGeneratorBundle et lorsque je suis arrivée à l'étape ou je devrais importer mes Assets j'ai tapé cette commande :
php app/console assets:install web --symlink j'obtients cette erreur:
