Ouvrir nouvelle fenetre avec Jquery / data-href

Bonjour,

J'édite, car j'ai trouver un autre script plus approprié, cependant il me manque a savoir comment prendre la valeur data-href afin que celui ci s'ouvre dans une nouvelle fenetre ?
