API OVH CURL command line

Bonjour,

Je développe une application de communication avec les api ovh ( les nouvelles )
donc je passe par ligne de commande, mais j'ai des soucis

voici mon code :

M'est avis que ce problème n'a rien à voir avec Windev... et qu'il va vous falloir lire la documentation fournie par OVH....

PS : d'après le retour on peut déjà en déduire qu'il y a un problème avec l'installation de libiconv....
