[Luna / ADT] Problème au lancement d'Eclipse

Bonjour,

Lorsque je lance Eclipse, j'ai 2 messages d'erreur qui s'affichent :

Quelqu'un saurait-il m'indiquer comment résoudre ces problèmes ?

Tu peux déjà charger le plugin ADT en local et l'installer comme archive https://dl.google.com/android/ADT-23.0.4.zip

Pour le 2éme problème
Va dans Window > Preferences > Android et remet le chemin du SDK

Si ça ne marche pas, il est conseillé de repartir de zéro en réinstallant Eclipse Luna.
