créer un error.log et access.log par vhost

Bonjour,

j'ai une unbutu 14.04 avec apache + mod_vhost_alias installé
j'utilise le parametre

VirtualDocumentRoot /var/www/%0

afin de simplifier la création de mes vhosts sur mon serveur
et je souhaiterais generer les ficher error.log et access.log de la forme : /var/log/apache2/monvhost.fr-error.log et /var/log/apache2/monvhost.fr-acces.log

mais malheureusement les parametres error.log et custom.log n'accepte pas les caractère joker(wildcard),

question : comment faire cela ?

merci pour la reponse
je me suis justement interessé au pipe du coup, avec les programme tels que split-logfile et rotate log et d'autre externe comme vlogger...

par contre il me semble que error.log 'est pas splitable.
