Event Handler qui renvoie un Dictionary

Bonjour j'ai instancié un évenement qui renvoie un dictionary mais quand je m'abonne à cet évènement j'ai une erreur

Voici le code : settingsHelper.LoadColumnsPositionCompleted+=new EventHandler<Dictionary<string,int>>(settingsHelper_LoadColumnsPositionCompleted)

Et l'erreur : Erreur 56 The type 'System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary<string,int>' cannot be used as type parameter 'TEventArgs' in the generic type or method 'System.EventHandler<TEventArgs>'. There is no implicit reference conversion from 'System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary<string,int>' to 'System.EventArgs'.

Je ne suis pas sur que tu puisse passer un dictionnaire dans ton Handler, essai peut-être un Event, qqch comme :
