SQLServerAgent EXPRESS could not be started

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai installé un Express 2008-R2 (SQLEXPR_x64_ENU) sur un Windows 2008R2
J'ai crée une instance: les services sont démarrés jai accès à mes bases mais l'agent ne démarre pas:
