récupérer la valeur de chaque td

Bonjour , je suis développe une application asp.net.Ici mon problème est coté javaScript (jQuery)

Ce qui me bloque ici c'est la génération des lignes de façon automatique à l'aide de la boucle foreach d'ou j'arrive pas a piger comment récupérer la valeur de chaque td de chaque ligne.
