[JDOM] Problème, balise de même nom

Hello,

J'ai un soucis, j'ai dans mon xml une balise qui possède le même nom, la même arborescence :
descriptiveKeywords => MD_Keywords => keyword

Comment faire pour récupérer juste les mots clés ?
