Develepement web : Internal Server Error

bonjour j'ai un projet de devellopement web et je dois le rendre dans quelques jours . Un ami m'a envoyer un dossier qui comporte le code source et tous ce qui va avec . j'ai importer le fichier .sql dans la base de donnée mais lorsque je lance le site il m'affiche ce message :

Ca peut etre dû a un .htaccess mal écrit.
