récupérer un fichier de son ordinateur

j'aimerai récupérer un fichier de mon ordinateur ,

le problème c'est que je récupère juste le nom du fichier et non pas le chemin
est ce que vous pouvez m'aidez ? :cry:

une autre chose comment contrôler la taille du fichier ? :roll:
par exemple si je récupère un fichier d'une taille important je déclenche un message d’erreur
