Retrouver Variable avec une chaine String

Bonjour,
Est-il possible de retrouver une variable avec son nom sous forme de string.
Exemple :

Le but etant d'optimiser un code qui se repete.
J'ai plusieurs variable (array) qui commencent toutes par MULTIPLE puis un nom de champs deriere. Genre :

MULTIPLEMonChamps

Je voudrais créer une fonction qui recevrait le nom du champs et agirait sur la variable en question, mais pour ca il faut pouvoir concatener les deux valeur et atteindre la variable...

Ou bien, une variable tableau TEMP public, dans laquelle je viens copier la variable correspondant au champs qui doit etre traité dans ma procedure??? Et a ce moment la, dans ma procedure, je traite la variable tableau TEMP et une fois sorti de la procedure, je recupere le contenu de TEMP vers ma variable d'origine...
