Python avec phpMyAdmin

Bonjour tout le monde :) , en fait je suis débutant avec Python , je voudrais connecter un petit script écrit en Python avec une base de donnée crée avec php MyAdmin , mais quand j’exécute sur un terminale on m'affiche ce message :
