Comment convertir de l'hexadecimale au string ASCII ?

la question est dans le titre ... Je voudrais realiser un algorithme qui le fasse ...
Si quelqu'un connait des bibliotheques ?
Comment par exemple convertir 0001(hex) en string ASCII(byte) ?

Je ne sais pas si vous souhaitez un code du type
