Condition d'une boucle if

bonjour
j'ai un ptit soucis
je voudrais inscrire pour une boucle if la condition suivante :
si le texte "R-C" est contenu dans le texte de la cellule A3 alors...je ne connais plus la fonction permettant de le faire
merci d'avance

Ceci étant dit, on ne le répétera jamais assez, il est parfaitement inutile en VBA d'utiliser la méthode Select
