Problème de select multiple

Bonjour ,

j'ai un petit soucis avec un formulaire sur lequel je souhaiterais pouvoir récupérer la sélection que j'ai fait. Ça ne marche que sur un seul enregistrement j'aimerais comprendre pourquoi.
