[Google Maps] Question pour adapter l'api

Bonjour à tous,

J'ai un soucis pour adapter certaine données pour mon développement google map.

Serait-il possible de modifier dans cette ligne les coordonnées Latitude Longitude pour les remplacer par les données contenue dans un champs texte mentionné au début du script?
