installation MySQL workbench

Bonjour,
J'essaye d'installer le dit logiciel. Ma version de celui ci est 5.0.21 et je suis sur debian
Pour créer le configure (pour pouvoir ensuite faire ./configure), il faut d'abord utiliser l'outil autoconf sur configure.in.
c'est ce que je fais et je me retrouve face aux messages d'erreurs suivants :

Bien entendu, mon ./configure ne marche pas par la suite car ma compilation de configure.in n'est pas effectuée.

Est ce que quelqu'un a une idée. J'ai cherché sur google et j'ai trouvé un message datant de 2006 pour une version antérieure mais ...
