erreur incompréhensible : java.lang.reflect.UndeclaredThrowableException

salut,

j'ai cette erreur incompréhensible pour moi, je vais essayer de décrire mon projet :

il s'agit de l'exemple du livre d'A.Goncalves sur jee5.
le projet est constitué de classes JPA, d'EJBs pour accéder à ces entities JPA, et d'un projet java contenant une classe main censée stocker une instance de l' entity "category", et de la retrouver ensuite.

Salut,

je pense que l'erreur vient de ta classe ValidationException. la classe n'est peut-être pas accessible. Assure toi que ton exception est compile et présente dans le classpath de l'EJB et du client.
n'oublie pas de mettre l'annotation @ApplicationException.

Est-ce que tu peux faire un e.printStackTrace() pour avoir toute la hiérarchie de ton Exception ?

Peux-tu stp donner le code source de ta classe Exception pour voir où tu l'utilises ?

Attention, il me semble que si tu l'utilises dans un Interceptor d'Entity (dans une méthode annotée avec @PrePersist par exemple), ça ne marche qu'avec des RuntimeException.
