[Exchange 2007] Problème envoi et réception

Bonjour,
Depuis un bon moment (plus d'un mois) aucun utilisateur ne peut envoyer ni recevoir des mails. Tout le monde se connecte bien et peut consulter ses anciens messages. Tout nouveau message envoyer aille directement au brouillon et pourtant ça marchait à merveuille.
si quelqu'un a des idées.

les connecteurs d'envoi et de réception du serveur qui ont été supprimés ?

Pourtant le connecteur d'envoi est bien activé, et quant je le supprime pour le recréer à nouveau, le probleme persiste.
quant au connecteur de reception, je le vois pas, pourriez vous m'indiquer comment le vérifier?

le service microsoft exchange information store (je ne connais pas son nom en français) est bien lancé ?

C'est le service Microsoft Exchange - Banque d'informations et c'est bien demarré, d'ailleur s'il ne l'est pas un message d'erreur apparait après avois logué et on ne peut pas lire de message.
