[Ubuntu] [Débutant] apt-get ne fonctionne plus

Bonjour,

Sur un serveur dédié ovh (kimsuffi), j'ai actuellement une Ubuntu 6.10 - version Edgy Eft, qui me sert à héberger un certain nombre de sites web php.
J'en étais globalement content, jusqu'a ce que le apt-get ne fonctionne plus.
Après, un certain nombre de recherche, il apparait que la cause la plus probable est le fait que c'est une vieille version et notamment que mon "sources.list" n'est plus à jour.

Dans la mesure ou je ne suis pas particulièrement à l'aise avec la conf système et qu'actuellement tout fonctionne, j'aimerai savoir d'une part si je suis obligé d'upgrader ma version (si oui, comment et est-ce que ca va me boussiller mes confs apache et samba ?) ou est-ce qu'il suffit que je mette a jour mon "sources.list", et dans ce cas, comment je fais/qu'est ce que je mets dedans ?

Pour information, le contenu actuel de mon sources.list :

C'est un peu léger ca...qu'est ce qu'il t'affiche comme erreur ?? cela arrive-t-il lors d'une installation ??
As-tu fait des updates auparavant??

Cela me semble bizarre, j'ai une Dapper qui fonctionne encore aujourd'hui parfaitement bien (peut être aussi parce que c'est une LTS)

En fait, quand je voulais faire une mise à jour j'avais ce genre d'erreur :

Failed to fetch http://fr.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/edgy/main/binary-i386/Packages.gz 404 Not Found

J'ai finalement trouvé une autre version du sources.list, ici.

Et avec ca, j'ai pu lancer une upgrade (vers la 7.04) qui est encore en cours au moment où j'écris ces lignes. Donc, résolu ;-)
