Problème d'installation oracle 11g

Bonjour cela fait déjà 5fois que j'installe et désinstalle oracle 11g et je pense que je suis à deux doigts de prendre l'ordi ouvrir la fenetre et le balancer tellement il m'énerve.
Bon voilà j'ai passé mon coup de gueule.. ca m'a calmé un peu, mais voilà mon soucis.
la dernière tentative que j'ai essayé de faire ne fonctionne pas. J'ai déjà essayé une autre méthode en créant le fichier apex( vu sur un site) et j'ai essayer pour la dernière solution, celle proposé par un post sur notre aimé forum. Mais voilà ce que j'ai comme problème

ha oupss désolé j'ai oublié
je suis sous windows XP, et la base c'est celle de base créée par oracle la fameuse orcl que j'ai laissé tel quel

J'ai trouvé pas mal de posts relatant le même problème et apparemment la plus part proviennent d'une mauvaise installation de la repository OEM.

As-tu essayé de recréer celle-ci en ligne de commande ?

Bonjour,

J'ai rencontré exactement le même problème que toi sous RHEL4. Après avoir cherché pendant un très long moment j'ai trouvé une doc métalink parlant d'un mauvais paramètrage du timezone. Pour le résoudre il faut faire cela :

2. Comment the line AgentTZRegion="<some value>" in
ORACLE_HOME/HOST_SID/sysman/config/emd.properties

3. export TZ=<time zone of your host> ( e.g Etc/GMT-5 should be a region and not an offset )

4. emctl config agent getTZ

5. emctl config agent updateTZ

6. emctl start agent

7. emctl start dbconsole

Pour certains ca a marché. Pour moi non ^^

teste on ne sait jamais ca pourrait marcher pour toi. En tous cas je l'espère car mon seul moyen a été de désintaller car après trois jours de recherche on a rien trouvé...

Désolé de remonter ce vieux topic mais c'est dommage d'en recréer un alors que j'ai eu ce problème.

Je suis sous Windows 7 x64, j'ai installé Oracle 11g x64 dans le cadre de mes études y'a quelques jours, donc je suis plutôt un débutant.
J'ai rencontré ce même problème, que je résous simplement en changeant la ligne AgentTZRegion=... du fichier emd.properties de mes BDD.

Ma question est simple, comment faire pour que la commande emctl config agent getTZ trouve la bonne valeur sous Windows ?

En effet, y'a pas de "export", le Windows est full français (excepté l'heure vu que je suis à l'étranger), j'ai tenté de créer une nouvelle variable d'environnement permanente TZ de valeur GMT mais rien à faire, getTZ renvoie toujours America/Rio_Branco (correspondant à AgentTZRegion=-05:00).
