erreur lors du lancement du service Apache

J'ai configuré le fichier C:\oracle\ora92\Apache\Apache\conf\httpd.conf
J'ai lancé la commande C:\oracle\ora92\Apache\Apache\Apache.exe -k start, Apache a demarré.
Quand j'ai redemarré ma machine, j'ai relancé la meme commande, mais j'ai eu ce message:

Accès refusé: FastCGI: CreateMutex() failed
Syntax error on ligne 92 of c:/oracle/ora92/sqlplus/admin/isqlplus.conf
failed to create FastCGI application accept mutex

Trouvé sur metalink:

* If the Oracle HTTP Server service is running and HTTP Server is shutdown via icons or apache -k stop, then any attempt to stop or start produces the error


fix:

Use one method to stop and start Oracle HTTP Server:

1- Start and Shutdown via NT service only

2- Make sure NT Service is set to manual and stopped. Then use the icons from the
program group to start and stop

3- Make sure NT Service is set to manual and stopped. Then use:
$ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/apache -k start
$ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/apache - k shutdown
