probleme serveur qmail et mantis bug tracker [Résolu]

Bonjour

voila je viens d'installer mantis bug tracker sur mon serveur.
Mon probleme est que l'envoi de mail ne fonctionne pas.
j'ai configuré dans le fichier de conf de mantis je peux le configurer en mode mail(), sendmail ou SMTP : j'ai choisi smtp

mon serveur de mail est qmail

je ne comprend pas les phrases en bleue ? ai-je oublié de configurer quelque chose ?

personne ne peu m'aider ??????

la tous les mail que j envoi reste en queue sauf ceux envoyé en local et je ne recoit rien non plus
