Bonjour,

Actuellement je suis employé en tant qu'assistante de data manager, et depuis qq mois je développe des outils SAS ... cependant dans mon contrat rien n'est dit par rapport à cette activité annexe ...
DOnc je me demandais si lors de mon départ de la socièté tout ce que j'ai écrit m'appartient ou appartient à la société ??

J'aurai une deuxième question, selon la RH qui ne connait rien a la gestion du personnel au passage ...m'assure que le fait que je développe des outils sur SAS fait partie de mon travail qui est d'assister les data manager ...

A clinical data manager processes clinical trial data using a range of computer applications and database systems to support collection, cleaning and management of subject or patient data. Typically this includes:

contributing to the design of protocols, which define what and when data are to be collected;

Qu'en pensez vous ? sachant que je suis "assistante", selon moi on administre des données, on utilise des outils mais on ne les développe surement pas!!!

La description stipule que tu dois te debrouiller pour que les donnees qui arrivent dans ta base soient bonnes. A partir de la si pour realiser cette tache tu as besoin de developper des outils ca fait partie de ton travail.

Dans tous les cas ce que tu fais pendant tes heures de travail avec le materiel de ton entreprise appartient a l'entreprise si je me souviens bien tout ce que j'ai lu sur le forum.
