Erreur 403 sur mon hébergement FREE [Résolu]

Bonjour,

Depuis 3 jours mon hébergement FREE, http://ericreboisson.free.fr , n'est plus accessible et abouti sur une page 403.

Par contre j'arrive a accéder à la base de donnée via http://sql.free.fr

J'ai contacté le support FREE mais sans nouvelles pour le moment.

J'ai vu sur le site de FREE que l'hébergement pouvait être détruit sans ménagement, avez vous déjà rencontré ce genre de souci ?

Voilà la première réponse (j'aime bien le 'il suffit'), j'ai donc réactivé mon compte et demandé quelle table avait été effacée, et comment prévenir le SPAM, j'ai eu la réponse suivante.

Ok, pour la table supprimée, je verrai bien quand mon site plantera, et pour la seconde solution ? elle est où ?

Bon j'atteds le rétablissement, et dans le doute je vais faire une sauvegarde de mon site.

Mon hébergement est rétabli.

Alors la table marquée comme SPAM était la table des commentaires des billets, politique bizarre puisque j'utilise SPAMCLEAR pour détecter les spams et supprimer manuellement ceux ci...

Dans l'incomprehension, j'ai activé la suppression de spams automatique.

En attendant ça fonctionne.

J'ai eu exactement le même problème ces jours-ci et je viens de réactiver mon compte ; dans 24 heures, qu'ils disent...

Moi c'était à cause d'un livre d'or, outrageusement spammé depuis des mois. J'avais supprimé le lien mais j'avais omis de supprimer la table et ça devait continuer à spammer à mort sans que je m'en aperçoive.

A ce propos, je profite de ce sujet pour vous exposer mon problème. Théoriquement, sur mon livre d'or, il y a un dispositif anti-spam mais il n'a jamais fonctionné.
Il est composé de deux pages : un formulaire de saisie et la page qui liste les commentaires.

De mon côté j'ai activé l' ANTI SPAM automatique (du plugin Spamclear de Dotclear), mais la SPAM est également toujours spammée. je ne sais pas dans le futur comment FREE interprêtera ça.

Par contre pour ton souci je pense que ce n'est pas le bon endroit pour poser la question, tu risques de ne pas avoir de réponse si tu la laisses là.
