Description
As a Java/J2EE Architect, you are responsible for the definition, design and control of functional and technical high level concepts (architecture, functional and technical translation of this architecture, the definition of development guidelines, frameworks, ...). You advise the project leaders and the analysts in their choices of implementation, and also take in charge the coaching of younger Java developers.

Responsabilities

• Analysis of the requirements
• Prototyping
• Writing/maintenance of applications that reflect the specifications
• Elaboration of test programs
• Definition and integration of technological components
• Integration with other applications
• Production of technical documentation
• Coaching of junior developers

Knowledge and experience

• 4-6 years experience in Java JxEE (min 1.4 SDK)
• BEA Weblogic , websphere or JBoss
• Oracle and ORM (Hibernate 3)
• UML
• EJB 2.0 or 3.0
• servlet

Location
Brussels – Brabant wallon

Education
Minimum Bachelor in Computer Sciences with related technical education.

Language
French and Dutch – one of the two may be passive
