,nous allons procéder à l'arabisation de cette version ma question est la suivante ,et ce qu'on peut arabisée les boutons des LOV(liste values) par défault dans forms

Qu'entendez-vous par boutons des LOV par défaut ?
les LOVs n'ont pas de bouton par défaut...

les boutons du LOV ceux qui sont affichés dans la liste (bouton 'rech'),(bouton 'OK') et (bouton 'Annuler')

Normalement, ces boutons prennent le libellé de la langue en cours d'utilisation.
En tous cas, il n'y a pas de méthode pour changer dynamiquement leur libellé.

TranslationHub is a tool to help you translate Oracle Forms and Reports files (paper layouts only). To use TranslationHub, you construct a translation project, translate the text, and build the translated software. TranslationHub is based on an Oracle database and uses many features of the Oracle database.

Each piece of text from the software files and the information about that text is stored as an item in the database. These pieces of text are referred to as strings. The information about the string is extracted from the context of the string within the software. For example, the text of a label on an Oracle Form is a string. The string and the information about its location on screen are stored as an item in the TranslationHub database.

TranslationHub allows you to perform many translation tasks, including the following:

Extracting strings from software files

Organizing the translation strings

Organizing translation resources

Reusing translated strings automatically

Performing quality control

TranslationHub projects are divided into two categories:

Base projects store all the original base language strings from the software files.

Translation projects store all the strings for a translation project. Translation projects also store a copy of the base strings for reference.

You can access the database locally or access it from a remote system. If the Oracle database is on your system, this is called a local database. If the Oracle database is on a server, you must connect to this server across a network. This is called a remote database.

If you are using a local database, archives are used to transfer translation projects from one system to another. After you create a translation project from an archive, you can start the translation work.
