Suppression des lettres après un espace

Bonjour @ tous,
j'ai un problème récurrent avec ma bdd... Lorsque que j'entre un nom ou un nom de service avec un espace, la bdd n'enregistre que la première partie (avant le premier espace)... Comment puis-je faire pour qu'elle enregistre bien TOUT le nom???

Peut-on avoir un exemple de requête INSERT et le script SQL de création de la table ? C'est bizarre que seule la première partie ne passe...

Voila voila! Alors ça c'est pour la recherche, mais l'ajout de contact c'est la même chose...

Pour info on parle ici d'un annuaire interne d'entreprise...
