[ImageMagick] Problème de PNG

Alors voila j'ai le code suivant

Il fonctionne bien en lui meme en faite il permet de mettre un logo (png) en bas d'une image (jpeg)

Seulement voila se que j'obtient :



Alors que mon image d'origine est celle la :



Il ne gère pas la transparence et il mélange toutes les couleurs .
