création d'un menu déroulant

Bonjour
je suis en train de faire un calendrier concerne les impots de plusieurs types d'entreprise .donc j'ai opté à faire un menu déroulant pour que l'utilisateur désigne le type de l'entreprise puis il va s'afficher le calendrier concerne ce type :
j'ai une table type entreprise contient:

Montre nous le code PHP que tu as écris pour cette liste.
Si tu n'as rien écris, il faut se mettre au boulot.
