problème redirection de port apache depuis IP PUBLIQUE

    Par défaut problème redirection de port apache depuis IP PUBLIQUE
    Bonjour,

    J'ai un problème d'accès à apache depuis une IP PUBLIQUE.

    Voici la situation apache est installé sur un serveur exemple 192.168.2.25
    Je dispose aussi d'une IP publique (exemple 212.212.212.212) qui pointe vers le serveur 192.168.2.25
    Cette IP publique est fournie par mon FAI COMPLETEL

    Depuis mon reseau LAN si je tape dans mon navigateur internet :
    192.168.2.25 => ok j'arrive sur apache
    212.212.212.212 => je n'arrive pas sur apache 'page non trouvé' => le problème est la
    192.168.2.25:8080 => j'arrive sur apache
    212.212.212.212:8080 => j'arrive sur apache

    Depuis l'exterieur WAN depuis n'importe quelle autre connexion internet que celle de l'entreprise)
    212.212.212.212 => ok j'arrive sur apache sans specifié le port !!!!!

    Or j'ai besoin d'acceder a apache depuis le LAN, avec l'IP publique et sans mettre de port (car l'IP publique est configurée en dur dans mes sites (dans la BDD) et il faut que les sites fonctionnent aussi bien du LAN que du WAN (donc impossible d'utiliser les IP LAN dans la BASE)

    Est-ce que d'apres vous il peut s'agir d'un problème de configuration du routeur ? redirection de port montants..., je dispose d'un routeur CISCO mais c'est completel qui a la main dessus je n'ai pas les acces et ils ne trouvent pas de solutions quand je leur demande pour ce routage de ports ?
    Pourquoi selon vous l'IP publique ne pointe pas automatiquement sur le port 8080 quand je la tape depuis le LAN et pourquoi alors cela fonctionne depuis la WAN ?
    Qu'en pensez vous ?

    Ton problème est parfaitement connu. Regarde sur la notion de NAT Hairpinning, par exemple dans la FAQ DVP

    Tu ne peux pas interroger depuis un réseau local, une machine du même réseau local en utilisant l'adresse IP WAN (ici, publique) de ce réseau.
    Maintenant, si tu as en tête un routeur manageable (celui qui sert de passerelle à ton réseau) peut-être possède-t-il une option à activer pour gérer le NAT Hairpinning


    Mais une remarque : Mettre une adresse IP en dur dans ton site web, n'est pas une très bonne solution à mon avis. Ton adresse IP publique, même si tu es en IP fixe, peut changer dans le temps ( et quelque fois plusieurs fois par an). Tel que tu as fais, si ton ip change tu es obligé de reprendre tout ton code.

    L'accès aux ressources dans ton site, doit se faire par chemin relatif dans l'idéal. Ça te permet de t’affranchir de changements intempestifs, voire même si tu veux de déplacer ton site d'un serveur à l'autre ou même de l'héberger à l'extérieur en ayant un minimum (rien dans l'idéal) à reprendre dans le code

    JE ne connaissais pas la notion de Hairpinning mais je me pose la question suivante :
    Pourquoi cela fonctionne quand je tape l'IP publique avec le port ? le problème ne se pose pas quand on met un numéro de port ?
    En ce qui concerne l'IP publique elle est belle est bien fixe c'est un service pro elle ne change jamais

    Pour moi, ça ne devrait pas fonctionner non plus lorsque tu indique le n° de port, à moins que tu ais déjà fait une config particulière quelque part.

    c'est peut etre simplement que mon FAI a deja activé le Hairpinning sur le routeur!
    dans ce cas on revient au point de depart pourquoi l'ip fonctionne sans numéro de port depuis une autre connection internet et pas depuis celle de l'entreprise

    Là, tu es bloqué sans l'aide de la personne qui gère le routeur et à condition que le routeur sache faire le boulot. Le plus simple c'est de trouver un contournement satisfaisant. D'où la question : en quoi c'est grave de passer par le port 8080 depuis le réseau de l'entreprise ou bien de taper l'IP interne seule (1er test de ton 1er message) ? Dans le second cas, comme indiqué dans la FAQ par sevyc64, tu peux modifier le fichier etc/hosts des machines internes appelant le site pour que ça marche avec le joli nom public. C'est lourd à faire car il faut certainement modifier plein de fichiers, mais si l'entreprise utilise un proxy ou un fichier PAC pour aller sur Internet, dans ce cas il suffit de modifier le proxy pour qu'il aille directement sur le serveur sans passer par Internet.
