je dois traiter une donnée de type texte encapsulé avec du HTML

exemple :

je souhaite extraite juste :

Espérant que cela puisse servir à quelqu'un d'autre, je poste ma solution.

j'ai fini par comprendre et trouver une solution. mon chaîne contient des retours chariots ainsi mon expression régulière n'est jamais vérifiée.
j'ai adapté mon expression ainsi et au passage amélioré pour mes cas :
