Erreur 1067 : le processus s'arréte inopinément [Résolu]

bonjour ,
j'ai installé l'oracle 11g . et tout sa passe bien pour la premiére fois en entrant mon login et mon mot de passe via sqlplus mais à certain moment l'orsque en essayant de reconnecter il m'affiche le message d'erreur suivant :erreur d'adaptateur de protocole , j'ai trouvé une solution c'est de démarrer le service ServiceOracleORCL mais lorsque en démarrant le service il m'affiche un message
windows n'a pu démarrer le service ServiceOracleORCL voici le type d'erreur :
erreur 1067 : le processus s'arrété inpinément .
ca fait maintenant 6 heurs de recherche sans trouvé une solution quelqu'un peut
me sauver la vie parceque j'ai un projet à terminer et merci d'avance .

dans le dossier trace j'ai trouvé plusieurs fichiers qui s'appelles orcl_ora_X.trc avec X ent un nombre à ce stade là j'ai choisie le fichier qui a la journalisation de derniére date voici le fichier orcl_ora_5672.trc

j'ai déja désactivé l'antivirus , parefeu , et l'IP v6 . méme erreur .
si j'avais raison mon base est ASM . Comment je connais mon base juste pour la confirmation ?

je suis arrivé de :
désactivé le parefeu .
désinstaller les antivirus.
réinstaller l'oracle.
dans ce cas çà marche toujours mais je sais pas la cause alors que j'ai déja répeté ce processus mais l'erreur persiste . Bon maintenant çà marche .
