[Liferay] Error com.liferay.portal.ResourceActionsException: There are no actions associated with the resource

je suis nouveau en liferay lorsque je fais une portlet qui ajoute un book dans la base quand je click sur la bouton ajouter il y a une exception qui apparaisse:

Il faut que tu déclare ton classe ressource dans le fichier portal-ext.properties.

merci othman3535 pour votre reponse, mais j' ai le fichier defaullt.xml qui se trouve sous le dossier docroot\WEB-INF\src\resource-actions et je declare dans le fichier portal-ext.properties
mais le dossier /ext/ext-impl/src/ ne se trouve pas dans mon projet .
merci bien de m'expliquer cette reponse.
