Description: We're building the next generation of online recruitment tools to help companies and job seekers leverage Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social networks. You'll be developing and scaling products that help companies like Intel, Citibank, Groupon, and L'Oreal find and hire thousands of top candidates globally.

You'll be responsible for the reliability and scalability of our core systems and infrastructure. You will design system architectures to process high volumes of data, maximize throughput, and measure performance within our server clusters. You will do so while working with an extremely high-performing team who has created a world class stack, using practical technologies that we're passionate about.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

* Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable systems that meet our growing needs for secure storage, communication, and large data processing
* Build or select tools to support automated deployments
* Perform capacity planning and build tools for forecasting traffic
* Implement configuration management solutions for all servers used in staging, development, and production
* Provide availability and performance reporting
* Design and implement incident management
Profils recherchés: * 3 or more years experience in system administration
* Strong competency in Gentoo Linux
* Strong competencies in MySQL (Master-Slave Replication / Backup), Apache, MongoDB
* Experience with Shell scripting, PHP, Python
* Experience with Git, varnish, nginx and/or varnish would be a plus, as would deployment with Puppet or Chef
* Knowledge in Cloud computing, load balancing
