Our client is an European leader in building industry.
As a consequence of implementation of global IT solutions, the local business organizations within the Group are having IT services delivered by a Global IT Organisation. To support this approach, we are looking to appoint an additional: IT Key Account Manager

This highly challenging and independent role will give you the opportunity to develop your influencing skills on all levels in the organisation, up to board level. You will play an important role in the further development of a high standard IT function that is able to translate business needs into optimal IT solutions, in line with our continuous search for improvement and innovation.
The main areas of responsibility of this position are:
· Ensuring that a Service Level Agreement (SLA) exists and is reflecting the Customers' demands and expectations towards Group IT services. · Advising and supporting the customer in defining IT business needs in cooperation with local IT management · Coordinating the service delivered by Group IT · Being the Customers Group IT contact point · Aligning the development of customer solutions with Group IT strategies. · Ensuring that necessary information is available in Group IT to optimize IT resources to the maximum Group interest

The requirements to fulfil this position successfully are:
· Education to degree level · Experience in an IT position which included direct contact with customers, preferably in a key account management role · Experience of translating business requirements into IT projects and managing projects · Experience working in an International Organisation · Excellent communication and influencing skills · Solution driven · Good analytical skills
